Enfusia is one of my favorite skin care body lines, and they are based out of the Woodlands, Texas :) What do I love about Enfusia? For starters everything they create is VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE and Parabeen FREE. If you think about it even if a product has a very small amount of a harsh chemical in it, you are putting it DAILY maybe even multiple times a day on your skin. For a lifetime doesn’t it make logical sense that it could build up and become very harmful to you.

I first saw a Enfusia product at my local H.E.B; my first purchase with them was their Cocoon Baby Lotion. It smells soo good I use it even for myself every morning. The ingredients are organic pure chamomile, lavender and lemongrass organic essential oils. The lemongrass is so refreshing and energizing for the mornings. I have a lot of traveling in the next few months, To L.A to Vegas to NY; so when Enfusia sent me over a travel size of Cocomo I was thrilled! Something I’m going to use a lot and the smell is soooo yummy; I feel like im at the beach! There are 9 to choose from. Travel Body Mist and Room Spray. I really adore anything Mini, There are 6 smells to choose from. I was sent their Lavender spray and I love to spray it on my pillow at night, I was also sent the Let’s Get Naked body spray and to be honest{ cause I only write honest posts} It’s a bit to sweet for my taste, but there is a market for it and that’s why there are 5 others to try! Sulfate, Paraben, and Phthalate free!Im not a fan of bar soap, is that weird? But I really do love how this soap  makes my hands feel soft still after washing and it smells good too.

Hey guys you know there is a month for everything and this month is Melanoma awareness month. Im not really one to think about skin cancer in relation to me; im not ever in the sun much and I never tan in a tanning bed{Im aware that this is a wrong assumption and I could have something that has developed over time when I did tan in highschool}. Buuuut still..Soon more normal Texas sized summer days will be upon us and it will be bright and feel like we’re actually on the sun. Lets talk melafind and sunscreen. I was offered to get a melanoma test downtown to bring awareness of this type of cancer, When I got there I was for sure I wasn’t going to test positive for anything. Then when we started talking moles I have this one on my stomach that’s been there since as far as I could remember and a few other little ones. I started to get a little nervous. I quickly texted my mom to see how long that mole has actually really been there. Luckily it has been there since I was born and so it doesnt pose much of a threat. We did the melafind test on it, its very fast they take a picture then load it into their melafind machine and then go over it with what looks like an ultrasound process. I came back positive but very low positive so she told me to watch it and make sure to put sun screen on, if it ever got larger I would need to get it removed. I recommend everyone going to a dermatologist before the summer, make an appointment now and make sure to check the ingredients in your sunscreen and re apply every 25 mins. 

The other night blew me away with all of the black dresses I really under estimated all of the student designers in the shows. Sorry guys.
Saw a bunch of familiar faces which is always so much fun, took a few pictures in front of the step and repeat and headed to our seats for the show to begin. It started of with a little performance by the Houston ballet and then a video intro behind the scenes look into the judges and students. 

With Vara Pappas one of my favorite photographers in Houston. She was one of the LBDD supporting photographers; her work is one of my favorites on Houston. Glad to have her for as long as we have her :)

The biggest and best Anime Convention in Texas is Anime Matsuri. I love how much once you get involved in this town and scene you are welcomed with open arms all over. I have never been to an event like this and was blown away by the amount of people that were there 15thoooousand people come to this weekend long event with over 90 vendors! They brought the best pop stars, models and fashion designers to the big show. Check out my vine for a look at the performance I have like 4 vines bc everything was just so amazing. I was asked to attend by my good friend Issa from We Wear Things and Katy Atlas joined in on the fun with us. My hair was long at this point, so funny I cut my hair to be this short a month later and it’s now pink!

The music was so loud the ceiling was falling lol thankfully they turned down the base. Thanks for the invite and the seats so up close! Not a great photo but here we are with the Fashion Designers from Alice and the Pirates. The “Alice and the Pirates” line of Baby, the Stars Shine Bright was created in 2004. It has a strong pirate and pirate-punk theme with bolder colors and more items suitable for Oji and Aristocrat styles. A store devoted to this line opened in Harajuku on the 25th of August 2006.

Girl Around Town just asked me to be their blogger of the month and I had so much fun setting up this shoot for their article. I asked Sam and Lilli for the trendy threads and LilahGabriel for the necklaces. We shot around downtown; man I’m growing to really love and appreciate my city, took me only a few years haha 26 cough cough. I’ve always been in a place where I wish I was somewhere else or doing something else always changing. I think that’s why blogging fits so well in my life. Casual but still trendy

I love this lavender seersucker pant and jacket combo. Feel like it’s too much? Break the pieces apart and wear it with a denim blazer.

This skull necklace took hours to bead by hand, Its a beautiful and edgy statement piece.

This dress doesn’t need a necklace so I put the LilahGabriel earrings with this look and really love the pop it gives.
